The listeners of the show christened Ministry Of Slam ‘The People’s Wrestling Talk Show’ due to the interaction we always provide to the masses, as well as giving them great opportunities to debate and discuss through the live chatroom that runs during the airing of the show. Lee started broadcasting radio back in 2005 with ‘Platinum Wrestling Radio’, which soon evolved into the award winning ‘Squared Circle Radio Show’. Lee is responsible for the vast majority of the audio you hear on the show, and also handles live show production via a console that makes him look a bit like he’s on the bridge of the Starship Enterprise.
Lawrence is the show’s resident rock star and joined the show in January 2010. He is the front man and lead singer of the awesome band ‘Voodoo Vegas’. Martin joined the show in January 2010 and is the show’s resident ‘insider’. He is the editor of the UK’s most popular wrestling magazine ‘Fighting Spirit’ or ‘FSM’ which gives him a great deal of insight into the industry. True, he’s unlikely to step into the ring himself and the chances of seeing a photo of him without his shirt on are slim, but that doesn’t stop him being passionate about the world of wrestling and as knowledgeable as a bag of grappling encyclopedias. Plus, he loves pie and that’s always a good thing.
Rob McNichol is The Sun’s lead wrestling reporter and joins us each week for ‘The Inside Cradle’ where the rest of the team pick his brains about the weeks goings on in wrestling. If that’s not enough Rob for you, he also hosts the ‘One Sided Ring’ podcast which you can find on iTunes!
A.J. was one of the standout performers of the returning WWE Tough Enough in 2011, having received the thumbs-up from none other than THE ROCK for his awesome promo skills. Ministry Of Slam conducted two epic interviews with A.J. in June which were so successful we decided to make him a permanent part of the show!!
